I never met girls so who were low class and no customer service skills. The chocolate machine was down as well. Just the machine... is down. I asked about pricing and what was the least amount of ice cream. I got a kid sized cup that barely had anything in it.When I asked to compare to the cone amount. She took the small cup and added to it and thew it in my face and turned her back onme. She had the most awful 3 inch nails that didn?t look hygienic at all not only that she was not wearing any gloves. Based onthis experience with the cost and quality of the custard. I will never return to any Ritas again. The building and parking lotwere kept up well otherwise. Parking is ample for such a small spot. Read more

This place is absolutely fantastic! They have the best frozen treats around! A long standing business that is known far and wide... by the young and old alike. Exceptional service as you are always greeted warmly by the people you first encounter at thewindows. It always smells so very clean and although you cannot go inside this place, you can clearly see they keep thislocation surgically clean! Keep up the awesome work!! Read more

I am a regular customer at the Neptune City location and I'm usually waited on by Emerald. Her customer service is excellent.... She's always pleasant and most certainly recommends the best choice on the menu. I will continue to frequent this location andhope to see this happy young lady when I'm there. Read more
