This location has perpetual staffing issues that cause the drive-thru line to constantly be out of control. You will wait an... average of 20+ minutes no matter what day and time you go. The music is way too loud and annoying....Who wants to hear super loud music at 6:00 in the morning?...I stopped going in there... after I got an attitude when I politely asked them to turn it down. It was so loud today I couldn't study. Everyone in therecomplains. I think they turn it up extra loud now on purpose. I see now why they cant keep employees. Read more
?Very good sometimes but Not consistent? Drive thru is very BUSY at this location. Inside is much BIGGER than most Starbucks,... lots of seats lots of space Availability is at like 70% of items DRINKS are hit and miss sometimes made very well with carebarista quality but other times just thrown together somewhat sloppy. I frequently visit this location with my son and in my last visit a barista who I?ve seen on multiple accounts decided to act... horribly towards me. Every visit she has been rude and ignoring me. This visit she was rude to not only me but my son whosuffers from autism. She mocked the way he spoke and yelled at him when he struggled to decide what he wanted. Waited 20 minutes for a mocha cookie crumble just for them to mess it up. It tasted like water . Worst starbucks I've ever been.... Take the extra 10 minutes and drive to the next starbucks. You'll thank me after. Read more
Terrible, if I could leave no stars I would. I got the most basic iced mocha latte with oat milk and with 3 people on one drink... they still managed to mess it up. They didn?t even pay attention to the color of it. And I waited 30 minutes for it. It wasn?teven the morning rush anymore. Very dissatisfied. But thank you to the girl that was so sweet taking orders. She took my ordercorrectly and had great customer service. She needs a better team. Read more
The first thing you will noticed about this Starbucks is just how big it is. Most other Starbucks would fit inside of this one.... The staff here is friendly and do a great job in what can sometimes be a very busy store. Have a look at the community board.You are bound to find something interesting. Read more
