This place does not even deserve a star. Drinks are seriously so bad. Water down with milk can barely taste the coffee.... employees have a nasty attitude especially this girl that wears an air-pod, blonde hair. She walks out always speaking under herbreath annoyed. Disgusting drinks that?s are diluted down with water & rude staff. Asked them to remake and got told I was wrong & they refused.... I get the same drink 3+ a week & it was completely wrong. Not only this, the cups have a red tag that is covering the originalprice of 19.95 & they upped it at 20.95. I?ve never seen that in a starbucks in my life. This place needs new ownership + newstaff. I am really not sure how they could an order wrong which was send via the app Also , i know Starbucks employees are famous to... spell the names wrong , and i don't blame them BUT how can a name spelled again , which came through the Starbucks app,???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Drinks were terrible. Asked for a vanilla latte. Got milk with whipped cream. My man asked for a passion tea w lemonade, no... lemons just colored water. Coffee was ok. My iced tea was made wrong ... returned it and barista was very upset. She made the drink again but did not fill... it to the top! The Java chip did not come with whipped cream. This Starbucks was not like the Starbucks in California where I'mfrom. Read more
The absolute worst staff I have ever met at any Starbucks. When your entry staff is miserable confused and could careless what... you say you really should look at management.
