No people to take order only kiosk. There were way too many questions about adding things. We added 4 hot sauces and received... none. First of all, this is THE CLEANEST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT I've ever seen. Ordered dinner online to pick up inside. Used the... bathroom first & was honestly & pleasantly surprised at it's cleanliness (I've found that fast food restaurants have it tougherbecause, sadly, it's the customers making/leaving that mess you see). First time ordering Taco Bell online and they dideverything right!! Opened the box after I left and they did something extra in my opinion.... They included napkins! That's abig deal in today's world, especially when eating in the car while rushing around seems to be the norm. Everyone was veryfriendly, even saying hi to me after I got out of the car and they were taking garbage out. They all deserve raises in myopinion!! staff was courteous enough but when i questioned the price; menu board at drive-thru reflected a different price than the... register. you won't sell for the ADVERTISED price and proceed to tell me "we forgot to change the sign"; not my fault. i'llspend my money elsewhere and will never patron taco bell again.
