We have a house nearby and love the vibe and the care and quality of the preparations. Cocktails are excellent. The appetizers... are superb. Staff is generally super. The last two times however we were puzzled by the portion size on certain entrees whichwas frankly ridiculous. Way larger than they needed to be, hard to navigate ? and I?m not sure why? Read more
This is my favorite date night dinner location! I refer all of my out of town friends to The Grand Tavern. I have been about 10... times and I have always had a 10/10 experience. The staff in each of my visits has been friendly/unpretentious/attentive andevery aspect of my meal is amazing. I rarely order mixed drinks when I go out, because I feel that they make them overlysweet, but I always order mixed drinks when I visit the Grand Tavern because they are always perfect balanced and refreshing inevery way. I secretly hope they bring the Johnny Knoxville back. The menu is limited, but its so that they can better controlthe freshness and seasonality of their ingredients. I love trying something new and I have loved everything I have ever triedat the Grand Tavern. Read more
I do not have enough good things to say about this restaurant. Been here multiple times and the food is always phenomenal. The... asparagus with goat cheese app is *chefs kiss*. This past time I also had the salmon with the ramp risotto and it was amazing!The cocktails are also delicious! It?s a smaller restaurant so you?ll need a reservation - especially in the summer.
