Review from a vegan perspective: We catered a family event and the food was outstanding. The vegan fare was not prepared as a... culinary afterthought or as pale variations of carnivorous dishes, but outstanding creations. I hoped for leftovers of thelentil shepard's pie, but it was so popular with the non-vegans that they wiped it out. The mushroom and lentil combination hadgreat hearty flavor and the potato topping was piped on in florets and golden brown. The black bean quinoa burgers withcilantro-lime dressing were also delicious in their own right rather than just a meat substitute. I would put that sauce oneverything if I could get it at home. There are many vegan sides the kale salad with cranberries and walnuts was well massagedand lightly dressed. Perfect. The potato wedges were perfectly done with crispy exteriors and near liquefied insides. Theoven-roasted seasonal veggies were excellent and perfectly done--firm and lightly carmelized. They were responsive,... accommodating and extremely helpful in providing feedback on our menu selections. On the day of, the food was AMAZING and manyof our guests said it was one of the best catered meals they have had at an event in their lives! We passed along the Farm ToTable name both during and after our event to several individuals at the party that inquired. wow all I can say is wow. My mom & my sister booked this place for my bridal shower on 08/13 and it couldn?t be anymore... perfect. I can?t even explain how amazing the atmosphere is here, the staff is absolutely amazing, & extremely sweet. Don?teven get me started on FOOD! They absolutely amazed me & my guests with how delicious and light the food was, we literally couldeat all night with how delicious it was. I have a severe gluten allergy & they accommodated for me at all costs. Made sure therewere no cross contamination, and continued to check on me and the guests all night. This is my new favorite place! The food was the freshest I?ve ever had. There are so many delicious selections from quiches to... soups to wraps and scrumptious desserts, including vegan options. I took my aunt here for her birthday, and I will be a newregular customer. Filomena, the owner, is so kind and lovely. Her staff is amazing as well.
