Got 2 double cheeseburger?s and a small fry. The fries were fresh and hot but 2 bites into the burger I said enough I?m not... eating this cold burger and walked back in and they gave me a new one. The other one was slightly warmer so I ate it but theburger they replaced ended up being barely even warm!! They gotta do better than that. In the restaurant at 715 sat morning go to the counter manager not very nice and rushed me off the counter.I ate in having so... far a bacon egg cheese biscuit and hash brown so far the biscuit tasted like rubber and the has brown was cold and hard safe tosay I?m not even going to try the. Egg McMuffin.I?m listening to the manager right and he is rushing customers again rightbehind me and it?s not like the place is full there is no one in here or line outside.definitely not stopping here again Read more

I'm so done going to McDonald's in St James. Never ever had I gotten hot fries from there yet!! there always cold and cold... burgers. They never have sweet tea. I order it so I can just give it back and get a coke instead. You can never call thembecause they don't answer their phone. I'm done, I'm not going to the St James location ever. I made a mobile order today, they had me wait in front of the store for about 20 minutes. I drove off, when I arrived home I... realized my order was missing items. McDonalds app tells you to call the store if something is missing, well it was busy 3 timesthen 4 times it was picked up but no one talked, they probably have a worker who just picks up the call until the caller hangsup. What should I expect with cheap food comes cheap service. If you are in the area go 2 stores down and go to Wendy?s they atleast make sure your order is right Read more
Everyone was so well welcoming the staff from was so nice they saw I had a person with a disability an offered to walk my try to... the table ,I said its okay I can do it. Kindness goes a long way. We got some funny stares from some of the customers causepeople. Read more
Normaly I have had good experiences here...this was horrible...got a 2 for $6 quarter pounder and nuggets...the quarter pounder... was barely cooked...terrible....pink meat throughout...tried calling to complain just now 952 pm est and the line rings tillbusy or fax number...I would like a refund if I can get a hold of them...#terrible I'd give zero stars if i could...this canpoison someone!
