Best Chinese food in Carbon County. You can tell they use high quality ingredients. The food is flavorful and cooked to... perfection unlike other Chinese restaurants in the area who cook in bulk and re-heat/re-fry pre-cooked food. This place used to be so good! It seems as if ownership has changed because it is no longer the family that I was accustomed to... seeing over the past few years. The food has gone downhill drastically, the chicken is overcooked and difficult to chew, lo meinis basically flavorless, dumplings are terrible! The star of the whole show was plain white rice. Even the usual red sauce thatcomes with sweet and sour chicken is wrong now, it looked and almost tasted like a bowl of brown gravy. Absolutely disgustingand completely let down by this. This restaurant has the best boneless spare ribs I've ever had. We came here after checking out some attractions in jim thorpe... and we're super glad we stopped by this chinese restaurant located in a pretty empty shopping plaza. The staff was super niceand the restaurant was very clean. Will definitely be traveling the extra mile to come here in the future! Read more
I come here just about every other week and the staff is always very friendly and very nice to me. Food gets an A+ and online... ordering is super easy. They also have an easy to understand and organized system for customers, which helps when it gets busyin there. Read more
Co worker of mine said this place had fantastic food. I read the reviews, before ordering and thought it'd be an okay place.... WRONG!!!!!!!!! I traveled 20 minutes to get my food, and my order was wrong. The food was so awful that my garbage gut dog eventurned his head. I threw it out, $50.00 wasted. I will never again order from here.
