The only positive thing about this store is that they have a liquor license. The food is the worst of any quickchek I?ve ever... had and the staff is unfriendly. Whenever I go there and try to play lottery tickets from the scratch off machine after work early you know it's not even not 10... yet and they have to turn off the machine the moment they see me I don't know why it's very aggravating because I start to winmoney and then they turn off the machine seems like they are lazy and they don't want to cash my ticket or be bothered. I tookphotos dated and time stamped on 3 occasions of them doing this with the machine. Im sending a complaint to the NJ lotterycommission and state of NJ for discrimination (i am Hispanic) if they do it to me again. Read more
It's an okay location, employees just need to pay more attention to what they are doing; sandwich orders are consistently wrong.... Other than that like any other Quick Chek a large selection of items at reasonable prices. Read more

The elder lady at the counter on overnights is very very rude. I say hello and I get dirty looks while the cook in the back is... say hi and being so friendly. The plow guy who plows the store parking lot is very bad at what he does since he plows in carswho just got there. It?s as simple as back blading the snow and then pushing it to another spot like you are supposed to do.Also the elder lady when I asked who the plow guy was and his number she gave me a dirty look and says ?well deal with it, Idon?t care?. I don?t even want to go to this store just because of her and it?s my favorite store. Untill she is relieved I willnot go there and will tell others to stay away. Read more
Employees are not aware of services they do or do not provide. I called to find out what hours money orders can be provided and... a gentleman told me, "Anytime, 24 hours." Less than 2 hours later I walk all the way there (20 degree weather) only to be told, "We don't do them anymore." POOR customer service. This QuickChek is part of a row of stores in downtown Netcong. Although there are only two rows of parking spaces shared by the... row of stores, it seemed adequate. The store seems bright and clean, and stocked with a wide variety of food. Since I visitedthe store on Sunday, I was glad they had an entire rack for the Sunday newspapers. I can't emphasize enough that conveniencestores, especially in states like New Jersey with many communities and regions, need to sell more than just one regionalnewspaper. And finally, at checkout time, the store clerk was nice and helpful. Read more
