This McDonalds in Nevada IA has no dine in. If you order for pickup you have to call & they unlock the door. Again ordered... mcnuggets & they forgot the sauce I ordered & it was on the screen. Please McDonalds someone needs to double check all the orderis there. Pretty dry nuggets with out the dipping sauce. Read more

Honestly this place should just shut down it's pathetic they make terrible food they can't even keep the lobby open for retired... people or children. Unfortunately it's disgrace to this town. McDonald's goes back way in history the owners would be ashamed ofthis place. Honestly if I could give him a 0 stars and go to city council meetings and have them shut down I would. Not worthyour time drive to Ames or Marshalltown this McDonald's is pathetic. Read more
Just another McDonald's. We have used the kiosks for ordering before, but are not fans. The term "fast food" seems to have lost... its meaning. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. Read more
I just stopped at the drive through today. Jesse took my order and money. Spencer handed me my food. I could not have... anticipated such friendly employees to wait on me. Really makes my day to have nice people to wait on me. Great job.???? Read more
We usually stop at a McD for breakfast when traveling. We chose the one in Nevada over Ames because it was just off of Hwy 30.... The breakfast sandwiches that we order were supposed to have bacon. I like my bacon as crisp as the next person, but when thebacon is black... Yuck!! Don't know why it was even put on our sandwiches. We waited almost 10 minutes for our food afterplacing our order through the app, we would have gladly waited a few more minutes to have actual crisp bacon not burnt bacon. Read more
Food continues to get worse in taste and quality. We were there tonight and the staff had his glasses hanging off his nose,... dirty clothes and the back of his shirt was twisted up in his apron and exposed his back. The food was as always less thandesirable. You would think with as many bad reviews they have that the owners would do something about it. Photos are of EggMcMuffin I got it. It was not toasted, soggy, looks like they ripped it apart, the wrapper was actually stuck in the sandwich.How you see it is exactly how it was when I took it out of the bag. Read more
At any point in the day assume wait time of atleast 10 minutes. Lobby rarely open recently. Order accuracy around 80%.... Disappointing. Read more
