Love this place for its memories but can?t believe how it?s gone down hill in service times. We?ve gone for ice cream three... times this year and waited over 25 minutes twice and I went for a single cone and waited 10 minutes in line to order then 10minutes after paying to get a single cone ????. We will still go, but not unless we have an hour to wait before we need to eat.The EXACT thing was happening to a lady tonight except they forgot to make her food ????. Read more

Nice local drive inn place. Good pork tenderloins and sandwiches. Everything is is made to order so it is fresh but not ready... instantly. Good ice cream as well. Read more
Food has always been good. Wait time can be a bit long but still worth it.
Good food but never answer their phone or purposefully leave it off the hook. This inconsistency has become a more frequent... pattern over many years. Customer service is just as important as the services provided. Read more

Returned to Story County Staple Starbucks Fast Food today. When I walked in an employee was taking out the trash, which is... always a good sign! Counter help said they were very busy today, so its easy to see how cleanliness can get overlooked...Service was fast and friendly (for me). I had the jumbo beefburger and fries, with everything, good as usual, fries were almostperfect, not greasy at all. Only complaints was the meat was a little dry in the burger, and the ice machine was out of ice, andrestaurant needed sweeping. Overall, in a business run by probably high schoolers and college peeps, not bad. I will return! Read more
