What a gem to find across from the pilot! My husband must have smelled the food while filling his rig, because he sent me over... for take out and we were not disappointed! Great staff, greeted immediately at the door, order taken by sweet hostess who madesure we had all the necessary items to eat while on the road! Spoke with the owner while I waited, who was also very nice &friendly. Our order was ready quickly enough to get back across the street just as hubby was done filling his truck! The foodwas great, ate half a chicken before we made it 5miles down the road! Will definitely be back, hopefully to dine in next time. Visited here for a Saturday lunch. Very extensive menu. Something for everyone. Maybe even a veg option or two. (But are those... folks really reading this?) Cheese fries are A+. Delicious cheesy Mac. Pulled pork A+. Only gripe was when server wanted toargue when my combo plate arrived with one wrong meat choice. No, you don't need to tell me what you wrote down. Hmm? I can definitely tell what the buzz is about. I went there for a meal I got the prime rib it was juicy, tender, cooked to... perfection mildly seasoned. I got the smoked chicken it was also juicy and well seasoned with a hint of smoky flavor. The bbqbeans are good also they had a robust flavor. The mash potatoes and bread I did not care for but overall it was a good meal. Read more

Good flavor, excellent service! Loved the hot link sausage?I recognized the flavor but couldn?t place it. On the beef?I prefer... meat that is fattier and more juicy. I had to cut the brisket with a knife so it was a bit dry. The burnt ends were similarbut are bite sized and coated with a light glaze of bbq sauce. Read more
I'm a trucker and bbq is one of my favorite foods. I'm always trying new bbq across the US as i travel and 90 % of the time i be... disappointed, especially when the advertisement made it more appealing than it actually was. First off the amount of food ireceived for less than 20 bucks is a trucker's dream come true. Next the ribs was cooked to perfection, so tender and juicy. Thebrisket was just right and sides dishes added some real joy in my mouth. Hands down this was the best bbq this year so far.Definitely will be returning.
