I watched as they had ten different cars (including me) in a row park out of the drive thru, are you even a drive through at... this point? How is it fast food when I had to wait 15 min parked, are your drive through times really that bad that you have topark everyone? Was not a good experience. I ordered on the kiosk, a plain burger, 2 apple pies, a strawberry pie, a plain sundae and a... peppermint iced mocha. After waiting for a few min the girl behind the counter starts freaking out because they don't have thepepper mint, no problem I'll take a caramel, problem 1 solved. 2nd after waiting a few more minutes the guy turns around andinforms me it's going to be 10 min for the pies, I told him I didn't care what flavors if he had any others I'd just take that.(I had just watches someone put 3 pies in the pie holder) he said nope no pies what so ever. Ok fine I'm kinda in a hurry soI'll just take a refund no problem. Then I go to get my straw for my coffee and there's roaches on the counter by the drinks. Read more
I believe this is the best McDonald's in the area. Staff is professional and nice. Food is always fresh and warm. I have never... had a bad experience here. Read more
Very unprofessional seen employee eating fries after salting handfuls. Heard awful talk by male Manager telling female employee... Men work the grill women smile pretty for the customers. Never seen so many on there cell phone as do at this site. Read more
Its a shame! I hate coming to this mcdonalds. I have to check my order EVERY time. Today I spent 40 plus dollars on my order for... my kids and I. Spent 20 mins in drive thru . I got all the way home and my burgers were wrong! Call the manager and he's like ifu want to come back.up I will fix it. My question is why cant I get my order the way I ordered it the first time! Today is thelast day I go to this McDonalds. I will drive 20 mins either direction before i spend another dime at the McDonald's in NevadaMO. Read more
Disgusting. Possibly the dirtiest McDonald's I've been in years. 1030am no fries on the menu yet but plenty on the floor. Under... several tables, by trash bin etc. Food on nearly every flat surface. Tried to talk to Manager but couldn't get anyone toacknowledge my presence. During my time at the counter alone with my powers of observation, I was impressed to note it wassomehow even dirtier behind the counter. Read more
The last time I went here, I got a Quarter Pounder given to me with paper between the cheese and the meat. I actually choked on... it and was in shock. When I called, their concern and solution went only as far as to offer me a replacement next time. Not arefund of the $38 I spent for that meal...not even for the Quarter Pounder itself. I would love to say this was an isolatedincident but the time before, We received 3 Of the quarter pounders out of the 3 that we ordered completely burnt (not just themeat, but the whole thing, scorched bread and all.) In fact...in the last year I have not received a single order without somemajor error...burnt food, half my order missing, frozen nuggets, etc. This place is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Your average McDonald's experience. No bells and whistles but we use the mobile app and my husband always has to go in make... sure everything is made fresh. Otherwise yuck. Read more
