Super cozy (but still sizeable!) and eclectic bar/venue! The new venue manager has continued to bring in some amazing talent,... from local acts to nationally touring bands (Papadosio!!), and makes a point to honor and respect the history of the land here -which I really appreciate. Great drinks, the staff has been incredibly warm and friendly, and the ambiance is just so vibe-y.Glad to see this place back in action! Read more

0/10 I would not recommend bothering to connect with this venue. After signing a contract with them in Aug 2020 and putting down... a deposit, being ghosted multiple times (via phone, email, USPS, you name it, we tried it), being told they’d fired theirstaff, and renegotiating a menu, I was told it would be better if we do not move forward with our wedding there. Just weeksbefore our date. We requested the $14,942.53 we’d paid be refunded. This request was met with hostility and the threat oflawyers. Ultimately, we hired our own lawyer, went to small claims and now Stonehouse LLC has a judgement against them that theyhave ignored to date. Read more
If I could provide 0 stars I would. Jonathan Rowe was extremely unprofessional and downright rude. A dear friend of mine was... over the moon about getting married at The Stone House & her experience started out well. Then, the entire staff was fired andthis was used as an excuse to stop all communication after a deposit was made. After several conversations, mistakes on the sideof the Stone House and taking more money from them, Jonathan abruptly told her she was difficult to work with & told her theyshould no longer work together. As if planning a wedding isn't stressful enough, now she has to re-plan?! I would not recommendthis venue to anyone. This will not bode well for you. Read more
We needed to find an affordable venue for our wedding and The Stone House had it all. We were able to have both our wedding... ceremony and reception at the same place. Also given that it used to be a restaurant there is an established kitchen for thechef to work in. The venue also has a beautiful tavern, and the entire place is an old historic brewery with a lot of characterand a whiskey cave! Chef Jesse Hanshaw was awesome we went in for a tasting and everything he produced was fantastic and he evenimprovised part of the meal from something we mentioned. At that point we knew for sure we had the right place his palate andskill was very much appreciated. Everyone at our wedding said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding, and in somecases ever. We really wanted to have a wedding with amazing food and Chef Jesse produced results. Dallas and her team were soamazing and professional. The original plan was for our wedding to be outside on the patio, but as the wedding approached werealized it was going to rain. Dallas and her team quickly and efficiently managed to adjust the planning and transitions forthe wedding areas to inside The Stone House. Dallas also provided many useful suggestions and help with decorations as we had tobring everything inside. Dallas's contact list and working relationship with vendors was also invaluable. Had our sons wedding and reception dinner at The Stone House on April 12th, and it was just amazing. The upper banquet room was... just what we were looking for. It was both rustic and elegant. Wedding coordinator Dallas made sure our every need was met. Shewas extremely thorough and attentive, and made my son and daughter in law feel like it was truly their evening! The foodservice staff were wonderful and the food was absolutely amazing! Everyone just loved it.
