This was my first dine in experience. I know how quickly the drive thru moves during lunch through the week but I had no idea... how quickly the dine in moved. My friend and I ordered, and had our food within a few minutes. We sat down and began eating.After a few minutes, this really sweet, nice and friendly older woman asked us if we would like our drinks refilled. Not sure why they even bother putting a double lane in here. I?ve never even seen double lane open. Why is this the only one... that never has people working outside as well? It really is the slowest drive-through of any Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Ireally want to give them my business but it consistently disappoints. Read more
I know that this chik fil a goes absolutely nuts at lunch time, but the pickup order option is completely wack. Chik fil a... doesn?t start your order until you?ve arrived at the restaurant. I waited almost 20 minutes today and I?m really frustrated. Thereason I put in a pickup order is so that my food will be ready when I arrive. The staff here is very friendly and I know theywork very hard, I know that they?re not really able to help my issue. This is really more of a complaint for chik fil a as afranchise. Read more
Went a breakfast time. Asked for a spicy filet on muffin. They flat out refused to make it. States they can't give out lunch... items at breakfast. I said I'm paying for it. It's not being given to me. I said you don't or you wont? No answer. So you won't?Nothing. Customer service here is trash. I've ordered this from chick FIL a before and was never given the silent treatment. Awful. Read more
Glad to have Chick-Fil-A opened back up in New Albany. As they have just opened back up it isn't quite as fast as usual but the... food and service is still excellent. Don't know if the owner or manager sees these but the employee bringing orders to tablesneeds a map showing location of table numbers in the store. This isn't really a complaint just something to make it easier onthe workers. I look forward to eating at this location for years to come. Nice not having going out of my way anymore. Read more
Order screwed up ? forgot one of the sandwiches and the other was not the ordered sandwich. The tea was sweet when I ordered... unsweet. To top it off, no number to call. This after a really long wait int the drive through. Worst than Taco Bell which ispathetic. Read more
Very good job. I took my order after about a 3 minute wait during rush hour I'd say. The drive through line was way long so I... was gearing up for a long wait. Instead I was blessed. Not only did I get my order taken fast bus I had the food brought outbefore I was even seated. Then a man walked around and asked if we needed refills every ten or so minutes. They also had somecool plants for the Christmas Season so I had something to look at while I waited for my friends to finish their food. Read more
