The Philly cheese steak pizza is great, except the past 3 times I've ordered there they have given me the wrong pizza. Is it... really that hard to put the right pizza in the right box? I mean it says right on the box Philly cheesesteak and they put in apepperroni! So if you go there, you might want to check what's in the box!!! Read more
I ordered Philly sandwich. About a tablespoon of meat was on the full sandwich. Burned to a crisp......like bacon on a salad!... 3-4 mushrooms. The other items were fine delivery was fine. This page isn't letting me post the pic!!!! Read more
I just ordered three specialty pizzas from dominos and I was extremely disappointed I haven?t ordered from them in almost 3... years and now I remember why I spend close to 60 dollars on 3 pizzas and there was hardly any meat or cheese they was so paperthin for sure didn?t get my moneys worth bad bad business for sure Read more
No extra sauce on all 3 of my pizza's. Also there is no where on the app to ask for double cheese, even papa John's has that... option. Because there is no option fir that I have to order through the store which costs me more money instead of the 7.99 onthe app. Please add that option to your app. Customer service was really friendly though. I love your pizza but would love itmore if I could order it the way I want it on the app. Read more
The pizza was brought out as soon as I got there. Even though I had written for it to go in one seat I motioned to another and... she put it just where I asked. The pizzas were hot when I got home. My only critique was the cost of the dips, none wereincluded. Also they were just placed on top of the boxes and they slid around in my car. Read more
Staff was very pleasant and energetic. Also if a mistake is made it gets corrected and makes your experience great. people say... customer service and I agree but I also care about employees as well. Thanks my domino's !!! Read more
This was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a pizza joint. So many things were just wrong. First we waited forever... on the phone to place an order and decided just to go up there and order since nobody was answering the phone. Once we receivedour order they tried to charge us $34 and ended up redoing the order to make it correct ($21). Our pizza had cheese on it andwasnt thin crust as ordered, my pasta primavera had chicken in it, and I found a hair in my wings. Normally I would just go backand get my money back for something this bad, but I work early and have been running all day and just wanted a relaxing meal athome. Ordered my pizza online and after waiting an hour+ I called and my pizza was still at the place sitting under the warmer?for... easily 45 minutes! They said they were short drivers. Then post it on your website!! I suggest everyone NOT order on line?callso you know if there are driver problems, etc. They did give us a free 2 liter if coke to make up for the long wait and lukewarm pizza.
