If ordering ahead of time... why still give a hot and ready that's been sitting in the warmer for an hour over making it fresh.... If I gave advanced notice, I'd think they would have just made the full order fresh. They were a bit short staffed, but it was really surprising how quick they processed orders. One lady tried making a scene about... how long she'd been waiting, but it was Friday night, like 10 staff VS the rest of New Albany wanting pizza. Do the math,there's some waiting expected.
