If ordering ahead of time... why still give a hot and ready that's been sitting in the warmer for an hour over making it fresh.... If I gave advanced notice, I'd think they would have just made the full order fresh. The pep pizzas cheese and crust was so...chewy and tough compared to the full pep/half pineapple, that was cooked fresh for obvious reasons. Zesty bread was deliciouswhile crazy bread seemed old. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and sausage which I figured was like $2 more. No the pizza went from $6 to $8 because they call it a... custom and then $2 for the sausage. So bottom line you're $6 pizza and $4 for a one extra topping. Read more
They were a bit short staffed, but it was really surprising how quick they processed orders. One lady tried making a scene about... how long she'd been waiting, but it was Friday night, like 10 staff VS the rest of New Albany wanting pizza. Do the math,there's some waiting expected. But if you let them do their jobs, you'll get out faster. I give them an A+ rating for being asfast as they were overall. Read more
It's hard for a quick pizza not my favorite place to eat but as far as Little Caesars you know it's hot and ready sometimes... unless you get like me I got to customize my pizza I'm bougie but you know it's a good little place to eat when we go out for alittle walks at the bridge and stuff like that or outings kids want pizza so you know it's it's all together all around prettygood little place you know we usually go to the drive-thru or call it ahead of time if we're going to customize a pizza orsomething but you know quick and easy little pizza place if you're in a hurry Read more
There was a young girl(manager) entertaining young teenage boys, while customers were waiting and trying to order. She wasn't... too bad, but could have cut some of the giggling and talking out to focus on service. She was nice and got me exactly what Ineeded, when they were done. Read more
Tried calling several times, no one answered the phone. Ordered online. Get there and there's several employees just standing... around, only 2 waiting customers including myself. Not sure why they couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. Then I get myorder from the unresponsive rude kid at the register. Pizza was cut in a weird way, all of ot shifted to one side of the box,big chunks of burnt....something inside the box, and as I ate the pizza...found random toppings and other things underneath thepizza. Pictures will be added. This location gets worse every time we go. Update: pizza that was saved for later is worthless.It's completely stuck to the box...picture added as well. It's like they used a box that had a pizza in it already, dropped onthe ground, and they just reused the box. From start to finish, this store failed miserably. Read more
Great place. Yea they get busy and ya might have to wait a tad bit. Where don't ya have to wait on your food any more. It's... always busy so I believe that says somn bout how decent it is. So be kind be patient don't be an A$$. Good job Lil c'z, I'll beback! Read more
