My experience was subpar from the supposed general manager. I work 3rd shift. Orderd pizza via online. Order was said to be... delivered at said time......was watching app. Said food was delivered.......which it was not. 5 minutes later I get a text frompaul.....the gm....."food is where you said to put it" for one I never choose contactless delivery. 2 I had specifically saidto call upon arrival. 3 he pushed the deliverd button before he even left store. Yes I tipped 3 bucks. But had cash tipalso.....as I always doo so the driver can have some pocket money. And I'm usually very generous cash tipper if food arrives onschedule. ........if the owner would like to contact me.....please respond. This pizza was great! What a little gem of a store. It's connected to a old fashioned brick and mortar video store. You can get... a pizza and they have a deal where you get a movie for free. It's neat and I love that they encourage family time. The pizza isgood. The thick crust is like pizza hut back when it's was really good. They are an awesome little find and so worth our drive. We live outside of the delivery zone but my boyfriend has called on three different occasions and the guy who answered the phone... was extremely nice and accommodates us. This is unfortunately the only pizza place that will delivery to our house that is rightoutside of downtown new Albany. Don?t know the name of the guy taking orders but he?s very pleasant which is something you don?tfind a lot these days. Read more
They send you a coupon for a free pizza but you have to go get it or you have to spend $10.00 on food to get it delivered and... that's not counting delivery fee ! Then after picking it up they didn't have the cheese cups I ordered in it or garlic butter !Pizzas are really good but be sure to check your order ! Read more
I used to be a die-hard Marco's fan, but over the last several years the quality is so hit or miss that it feels like a gamble... every time we order. Today's delivery was a new low and very disappointing. The pizza was just not good and the salad had amystery blob that completely turned off my appetite. The only saving grace was the wings. Called to place an a order at 10:53pm, order a large pizza n wings for $40.00. My biggest issue was customer service, after I... put in my order I had called to check on the delivery and was told it was accidentally sent to my old address and I asked nicelyif could have it redone because I no longer lived at that residence, and was told it "a personal problem and talk to the daymanager" and was rudely hung up on. Would not recommend placing orders at nite, staff needs a revaluation on customer serviceand a refresher course on self control when it comes to handling one's attitude in person or over the phone. Maybe Domino's isthe move when ordering late night. Read more
