Penn station is typically great, but this time the 2 workers did not pay attention and messed up bot sandwiches. I can get past... mistakes bc everyone makes them and it doesnt accuratley describe the restraunt as a whole. My biggest issue is that eberythingseems to be sized down portion wise, but the price continues to rise. Read more

Food and service were great. Store opened at 11am. We got there at 11:20, was already feces and toilet paper in toilet bowl.... Trash can overflowing. No paper towel. Drink station had dead flies on lids. Everywhere you look was filthy. This place is inneed of a serious deep cleaning. Read more

Literally just told me that the burnt hard fries is how they make them. I've been going to penn station since I was a kid. Never... have I been served burnt fries. Should of took a picture. I won't be back until they fix that issue. Prices are to high for thecustomers order not to be satisfying. Read more

My first time at Penn Station East Coast Subs, definitely won't be my last. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was... hot and delicious. I would definitely recommend the pizza sub with mushrooms and onions. Tiara Kinslow has this place wiredtight. Hats of to you and Denzel. Read more

Most unappetizing sandwich I've ever seen. And the fries were cold and raw?? Spent about 16 dollars. Never coming back.

Friendly staff, fresh fries, and attention to detail all blend together to form a chill place for lunch. The workers didn?t wait... for the ticket to print out before they stared making what I ordered, obviously having great awareness for quick service. Iordered a pizza sub, small fries, and a cookie. The fries were perfectly crisp (and a generous amount for a small order) and thesub seasoned well. The clerk upsold me on a cookie that was displayed in a cute Easter basket.
