Always get a call center when ordering. The price is always doubled. When you call it to their attention they always correct the... price. When picking up the pizza, the staff is rude. It's a shame because they have a great thin crust pizza. Read more
Had an issue with my order. Was missing a pizza. Called to inquire & the woman I spoke to was unbelievably rude. She was... verbally abusive to me over the phone. Talking over top of me, raising her voice, & talking to me like I was absolutely stupid.I asked to speak to someone else & she refused. Said I couldn?t speak to anyone else, that she was the general manager. I justwanted to order the missing pizza & come back to pick it up. Was never even able to convey that to her because she was sobelligerent. I told her never mind, I?d just go online & file a complaint & would never order from Pizza Hut again. She said?fine, you do that.? & I did. I then called Domino?s & ordered my missing pizza. Went & picked it up from there instead. Havegotten food from here for many years. Always do big orders for parties. Will never order from here again. It was a horribleexperience. I will never forget the way I was spoken to. I've had great experiences every time I go to this location. My family and I prefer Pizza Hut over Dominos. I order online and... pay with a credit card. Never had any issues with the website. The food is always hot when we use the drive-thru for carryout. Read more
Horrible customer service!! The worst in town by far, lady needs to learn to treat customers with respect and not yell. So... trashy!! Cancelled order while still on the phone and they still sent Door Dash to deliver. Called to dispute and was given theworst attitude EVER. She needs to be fired! Read more
I ordered pizza online. If they were closing early that's fine I get it. But don't confirm the order, then send an update saying... you're making it, and then nothing. No contact or cancel message. Been well over an hour, I work literally next door. Notpleased with lack of communication. Now everything is closed or closing that's deliverable. Read more
I have only been to this location a few times. But each time that I want a side of attitude with my pizza I know that all I've... gotta do is call and order here then go pick it up at the drive thru window. The lady on the phone at the store had mistaken meraising my voice some for me yelling at her because I had said my phone number to her twice after being told she couldn't hearme (the toddler in the back seat was being a toddler) and she said that I was yelling in her ear. There's a difference in simplyraising your voice so you can be understood and plain screaming. I just know that the first time I called I got hung up on, so Icalled back. I do have to say the pizza and bread sticks were good. The lady on the phone and at the pick up window was the sameperson, I could tell because it was the same voice and attitude. I sincerely hope that lady has better days ahead of her. I usedto work for a small Pizza Hut and I get maybe having one if a customer was sincerely being rude on purpose or refusing theirorder.
