The best Qdoba in this i?ve ever eaten at by far. Portions are always great, food is always quick, staff is friendly.

In the past, most of my experiences here have been rough, to say the least. However, my experience tonight was superb. I was... picking up a curbside order which was taking a bit longer than expected. The manager came out to my car, apologized, and got mea free drink. He brought my food out a few minutes later along with some extra cookies and brownies. This was really above andbeyond. Especially since I had just barely even reached the end of the estimated timing window. This must be new management.Fantastic job. Read more

I?m disappointed in Qdoba?..you never know if you can eat in the dining room or not. Recently they have had a lot of problems.... This isn?t the first time my order wasn?t complete, but fortunately after the last time I don?t trust them enough to drive homewithout checking. Today we did an online order. I get to the car with my order and it?s missing my daughter?s food. My wifeordered lettuce on her burrito bowl and even though the ticket taped to the bowl had lettuce on it?.there was no lettuce on herfood. Read more

I hate giving them a 1 star because I love qdoba so much. The service here is just terrible. The lady making the burritos is not... friendly at all. You ask how she is doing and she just stares at you. You tell her the topping you want and she scoops them.Then shakes the spoon to where you barley get a half of a spoon full. What?s worse is she does this with the meat that I askeddouble for so I?m really only getting one portion. She was a very big girl so I know she isn?t shorting herself at all. Thenwhen you ask here to take the tomatoes out that got in your burrito when she slide it down the bar she gives you an annoyedlook. It?s not my fault you chose to work at qdoba. I love Qdoba and have been to many different locations in several states. The one on state street is the most poorly run... location I?ve ever seen. Which is unfortunate because I live really close to that one. Because of that if I?m ever at home andwant Qdoba I come to this one. It?s not the best Qdoba I?ve ever been to but it?s much much better than the one by my house, andafter speaking to the employee of this location it seems that management treats their employees pretty well which translatesinto better service and a superior product. 2 weeks ago they were out of rice and beans and guacamole. They gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Today they are out of... shredded cheese. Not willing to provide a discount for the inconvenience. How do you run out of cheese. It will be a whilebefore I order from Qdoba again. Well, we'll start off with cleanliness. 1. The floors are so slick from not being cleaned properly, You feel like you're on a... ice skating rink. 2. When you ask the young cashier if there's anyone to clean off tables... She gives you a dirty look and thenproceeds to use the same paper napkin to wipe down multiple tables with no cleaner. She's more worried about her fingernailsthan she is about cleaning properly. Food portions were adequate except if you ask for a fajita bow. Where they give you justthree peppers... Literally three slivers of peppers. Food was tasty but due to cleanliness and unfriendliness of staff I willfind a different location to patronize than this one. Read more

Absolutely terrible, see quesadilla photo. They literally just wadded it up. This was the remade food after they "couldn't find... my car" that was parked outside for 20 minutes for curbside pick up. I had to call them back ask them to remake it and bring itout and this is what they remade. Not cool. Read more
