the gm is so rude! literally always a problem when i say i need to use my rewards. i?m talking eye rolls and all. i?m a manager... myself and i think rewards are a good thing! it means the customer came back! i eat here a couple times a week and i definitelywill be going to state street moving forward. sweetest employees ever! terrible leader. owners get a true leader in here beforehe turns the employees into his type. terrible marketing! edit- i did indeed decide to contact corporate, because i just feelas tho it is unacceptable to not demonstrate commitment and loyalty to guests. he should demonstrate spirit for his brand andtheir rewards. he is very unfit for this position and hopefully he is removed from it. there are a couple employees there thatwould definitely do a great job running the store. i strongly suggest anyone with an experience like mine to do as i did and letthe corporate know. he is obviously in there for the perceived power and has no skills when it comes to dealing with the public.he took my hard earned money and disrespect me because i wanted to use their rewards program! shameeeeee on the general manager!disgusting! Well when I was there they had double sandwiches or hotdogs for 6$. Which is 2 patties or lg sandwiches. You get 2 for 6. Now... they have a board for single patty burgers and hotdogs. Buy 2 for 4$ now if I wasn't paying attention they would have been ableto get 2 extra dollars off me. But I did the 2 hotdogs for 4$ instead of 2 hotdogs for 6$.. It's a shame I have to give any stars. Order was done incorrectly the first time. Went back to get it corrected and I went home... only to find a hair on my burger. Again went back to get a refund. Was told there was nothing he could do in the moment but thatthere was McDonald's down the road. Absolute worst service I have ever received. Read more
I absolutely loved the customer service at our visit! The staff was super personable and our order came out perfect!
Used the walk up window- stood there for at least 5 minutes before anyone offered to take my order. They all saw me too...it's... not like they didn't now I was there. Lucky for them, they have the best strawberry soft serve ON THE PLANET. Read more
