I LOVE WHITE CASTLE I DON'T CARE HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY SLIDER, STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND NICE!!!! In fact, this day... I craved for 45 minutes (WOULD WAIT AN HOUR DON'T CARE) and I had to take a pic of the lovely young shirtless gentleman whopatrolled the drive thru line with a long piece of thin wood, and a straw. The sliders were delicious! The service was good. I have always loved white castle for 60 some years now.
1929 burgers or whatever they were was gross af this visit. I love those so much but these tasted like they'd been sitting in a... steamer type warmed for hours beforehand. Super gross. The crave case and onion rings were delicious. Fries were cold af. Read more
It was a mess. The drive thru was about a dozen cars deep and not moving so I decided to go in. The store was dirty and they... were counting all of the cash drawers at 5:30 pm during the dinner rush. They took no orders for 20 minutes and then only oneorder every 5-10 minutes. After more than a half an hour after I ordered they gave me half my food and I had to flag someonedown to ask them where my other 24 cheese burgers were. Even after all of that they forgot my fries but I wasn't about to goback for them. I would have left earlier had I not already promised my kids that's what I would bring them home. They take walk up orders in the drive thru. Messed me up at first because I rolled my window down and the guy was standing at... the very back of my car. But he didn't bother me. I heard him caring a nice conversation with the truck behind me. Read more
HORRIBLE. Order was specified for HOT fries AND four double CHEESE, with extra onions ,mustard,, EXTRA pickles, and a cheese... cup. Got COLD FRIES, the doubles didn't have mustard or extra onions and pickles. Was in line for about 8 minutes, which wasn'tbad. Went back to the window and complained only to be given an ATTITUDE and told I couldn't get a refund. The attitude was sobad, I didn't know if they would spit in my food or not. This White Castle sucks anymore! Especially when your door dashing. The dining room is never open and you're in line forever... they need to do something about this store it is terrible it's not like the old days this White Castle should fix this problem! Read more
