The food is always good. Mostly the fries are not hot enough. But they're always short staffed and you end up waiting in the... drive through line a long time. Usually friendly staff and it's not their fault but the understaffing is quite noticeable. Read more

I feel bad for the employees because they were very nice and the issues were out of their hands. It was around 7 PM and we... wanted to go through the drive through. Was told that we would have to come in because there were only 2 on staff that night. Wedecided to go in. Once in there we found that half the menu was not available due to not having the ingredients, there was noice or carbonation for the soda machine, there were no napkins, straws, condiments or plasticware. It almost seemed like whoeverthe owner is, is planning on shutting it down but wants to use all of the inventory first and staff it with a skeleton crew tosave money. Our food was good and they didn't skimp out on the sauces we asked for. Read more

Was going in for my dinner around 7pm on 9/12 and the lady at the counter turned me off from eating at this location from now on... any time I stop here for the night. They were short staffed and that can make it hard on any employee, however that?s not whyone star. There was a gentleman in front of me who was placing his order being as friendly as could be but did have an accent sothere was some miscommunication between him and her but what made me just walk out was the disgusting way she talked to him. Shetalked to him in a degrading way you talk to a child when he changed his mind from one option to another. And acted like he wasstupid when asking the difference between sesame bread and onion bread (I had no idea what the hell onion bread was either). Atfirst I thought maybe that?s just her personality but she was as sunny as could be in the drive through headset. Being shortstaffed and having a bad night is never an excuse to talk to someone like that. Pitiful behavior. Read more

Date: 07/17/22 After a long day trip driving from Arkansas to Alabama and coming back to Arkansas, Decided to stop and get some... food from arby's and I just want to say: The service was incredible.. I honestly wish I could remember the guy's name that tookmy order, He had to have been the sweetest fast food restaurant worker I've ever met... As a person who works in the foodindustry I understand (ESPECIALLY IN TODAYS ECONOMY), That restaurants are more Likely to run out of products quicker than What were used to... But even with rude customers that I witnessed thereEvery person I had seen working that night, handled eachcustomer with the upmost respect and stayed professional.. Slow as molasses! One cook, one counter, and one drive through on a SATURDAY!! Truck drivers don't have time to wait 20 minutes... for food! Also, if a customer asks for a large combo don't charge them if you're only going to fill their fries halfway!!! Notone fry but both were not full!!! ???????????? Read more

I was greeted and told I could have a seat in dinning room then I never got my food by the time I waited for 20 minutes my fries... where cold the sandwich fish and cheddar beef was great . I Would give a 5 if hot fries next time if you tell a customer to havea seat call out their order loud or perhaps bring out to the table Read more
