Not sure why but the cashier/barista was incredibly rude to me and my family. Rolling her eyes at us, barely acknowledging us.... When we ordered all she said was ?is that it? in the most annoyed voice. Then had the nerve to ask if we wanted to leave a tip!!Owners, please get this girl far away from your business if you value customer service or experience at all! Enjoyed the crave experience in new albany. Limited menu but they just opened up. So i expect it to get even better down the... road. Definitely would go back. The chocolate cake was rich and moist. Read more
Good coffee and food, reasonably priced. I was a little disappointed that there wasn?t a cortado on the menu, since that?s my... favorite espresso drink. Everything tasted great, though, and they obviously know what they?re doing. Read more
