Ordered food at drive thru. Order didn't include dipping sauce i ordered and the red beans and rice appeared old and watery. No... receipt was given and when I asked for a receipt she said the receipt machine was broken. Returned the food at the drive thruwindow bc lobby is closed. When I told the guy what was wrong with my order, he walked over to the front counter and grabbed myreceipt (the machine is broken though) and gave me a cash refund for a credit card purchase. I come 700 miles away wanted popeyes & that was one of my worst decisions I made coming to New albany! The litte girl that took... the order had an nasty attitude for one. Finally got the order right pulled up to the window paid for our meal over $30 worth offood wasn't fresh, No condiments, No napkins, Nothing to eat our side's with & the chicken wasn't spicy at all had the nerve tohave an attitude because we ask for fresh food this is my first an last time stopping at popeyes spending my hard earned moneyfor nasty service. This is the worst fast food restaurant I've been to for a long time! I waited over 5 minutes at the register to be acknowledged.... No one ever did so I just left. I would understand if they were busy but I was the only one in the place! Read more
Was really looking forward to getting some Popeyes but they were closed! Said ot was supposed to be open until 10pm...we were... there around 9:15pm on a Sunday and it was already shut down and cleared out! We went across the street to Jack's instead and itwas amazing, so sounds like the better choice anyway! Read more

This is an terrific franchise. Our meal was exceptional. The serving staff provided friendly, accommodating service. The quality... and quantity of food was excellent. The dining area was extremely clean as were the restrooms. The overall atmosphere wasrelaxing and inviting. We will be most happy to dine at Popeyes anytime we are in New Albany. In the area of fast foodfranchises it is always easy to find something that is not acceptable. It was a pleasure to have a meal and find nothing aboutwhich to complain. Read more
