Veggie pizza: Supposed to be cooked after vegetables are on it. Manager put in cooker with just cheese then put cold vegetables... on hot pizza. And didn?t even reheat pizza! Read more

Staff was friendly. Only complaint is the lettuce looked bad. Turning brown.
sold us drinks that didn?t have any lids, unfriendly, had 4 workers but two weren?t doing much, had to have our sandwiches... remade bc the girl wasn?t paying much attention and dropped it on the floor, when setting our second sandwich on the heatingmatt, it fell over and she continued to pick up the food the fell out the sandwich and put it back on my sandwich. verypitiful, and terrible service. Super fresh ingredients today. Especially the bread. Used the app to order and everything was great. Payed online, walked right... in when they said it would be done and picked it up. Very convenient. They had made some changes in the store and it looked andfelt very clean. Will be back again soon!! Staff was friendly as well. Read more
terrible experience. woman at the front was rude, didn?t speak to us and made both of our orders wrong. all of the lemonade was... empty aka their too lazy to remake any. i live here in new albany and i can tell you i will never be back. if you are mad thatyou have to actually do ur job, why not quit. awful service Read more
