I was in store a few days ago and I was so impressed with a new woman who is working there now. She was cleaning the dining area... and being so kind to everyone. Everyone else working there seem to have a bad attitude and to be rude. The one new lady workingthere gave me a reason to keep wanting to come back in eat at Taco Bell. If it weren't for her personality and her being sopatient and kind with all the customers I wouldn't want to eat at Taco Bell anymore! Read more

So Taco Bell itself is not what the 2 stars is about. It was the purchased item. The service at the ordering speaker felt very... rushed even though there were no cars on the lot or behind us. Once we got to the order window, customer service was better. Afriendly smile, condiments received and my coffee with cream and sugar uhmm uhmmm good. The problem was the Breakfast bellSandwich, that's where my 2 star rating comes into play..It's definitely did not have the commercial appeal to it. I maypossibly try it one more time and present pictures but it was a basic meat, egg and cheese between burrito flat bread. Seriouslyyou guys can make it at home, seriously..I know restaurants have to proportion things here and there but there was absolutely nothickness to this burrito sandwich. I didn't catch the young ladies name who was working the drive through on Saturday night 8/6/22 but she was great. She was very... patient and kind when taking our order and made sure everything was right. She is an excellent employee and our order wasperfect and the food was great. Read more
I eat at Taco Bell all the time. It's my favorite restaurant. I had to tell the driver thru worker 3 times what I wanted to... order. I got up to the window and had to tell her 2 more times and during the second time she shut the window in my face andwalked away. I drove off and called to speak to a manager. When the manager got on the phone he said "were busy." Not hello, nothow may I help you, not even an apology. Now I work with the Public too, in retail for 9 years and I know that's not how youtreat a customer. I understand the world is crazy right now and everyone is short staffed. I got a family pack and they put lettuce on every single taco. We wanted meat and cheese and that was all. We ordered two boxes... and almost didn?t get the second box. Terrible service and I wouldn?t recommend. Read more
It happened AGAIN! I made a simple order, 2 beef burritos Supreme and box of 12 tacos. It doesn't seem that difficult to me.... That being said, why did I get 2 plain bean burritos instead that were scarcely filled on top of that? It was all tortilla andno filling. I mean if you going to give me the wrong thing AGAIN at least put something in it. The tacos are equally asdisappointing! The last time I thought I may have been a little mistake but 2 times in a row is being lazy. And these workerswant 15 or 20 dollars an hour. Suffice it to say, I will not be back! Read more
