This is the absolute worst Wendy?s ever! It is dirty! The bathroom was nasty! No paper towels and was running out of toilet... paper! I am a double amputee and the floor was so slippery in the ladies bathroom, that I almost fell twice!!! Our food wascold and they were out of salt and ketchup! This had to be the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. Ordered 2 plain grilled chicken sandwiches and got to the window to... pay and they only had one ready and it would take 13 mins to cook more. Well, we decided to just substitute a jr burger for it.When we got to the window to get our food they didn't give us a chicken sandwich and a jr burger! They gave us 2 jr burgers!When we told the girl at the window there was supposed to be one chicken sandwich she said they didn't have any. She called themanager over and she acted like she didn't believe us and was a bit rude about it. I mean I understand about running out of foodwhen it was as late as it was, but not believing someone when they tell you what they ordered and be rude about it!?!
