Quite possibly the WORST MANAGED Arby's in Ohio. I'm a door dasher and have given them many chances to get better, but I've... given up at this point. I've accepted 3 orders from this location over the past few weeks and have had to "unassign" all threeof them. Why? Because apparently they can't find enough employees to work to even have NORMAL business hours EVER! The diningroom door is always locked (even at 2:00 p.m.) with cars stacked 8-10 deep in the drive-thru which moves at a snail's pace. Ifthe door is ever open, I don't know what time that would be. Actually, I'm not even sure what their hours of operation areanymore. I guess they open and close whenever they want. I can't afford to sit in the drive-thru that long to make it worth mytime. It's a shame, too, because every time I have personally eaten there the food is usually excellent. IF YOU ARE A DOORDASHERI WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST ACCEPTING ANY ORDERS FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I pulled up to the speaker on Sunday afternoon, 8/31/22. A female voice asked to take my order. I gave my order. Silence from... the speaker. Backed up and pulled back to the speaker, thinking there were technical difficulties. Nothing. I pull up to thewindow, no one. Then a male worker comes out. I asked what was going on and he replied that they just closed. Outrageous. May aswell shut down now, because that's the future for this location. Read more
What good is a fast food place that is only open a few hours during the day. The only arbys in the area that closes at 6:00PM.... Not really productive for business Read more
They always get my order correct and are very polite and fast. I get what I pay for. Would like them to be open a little later.
Only drive through still and no dining. Food is as usual with Arby's. The only disappointment is the curly fries. Not satisfied... with the quantity. Can't complain about the quality though. We love their chicken tenders and curly fries. Ofcourse theirjalapeño bites are good too. Read more
As someone who works in New Albany I've had a lot of good experiences stopping here for lunch. Unfortunately today was not one... of those experiences. The window staff was not friendly, handed me the bag with my items thrown in, no napkins, asked me whatsauce when I ordered and gave me no sauce, and to top it off my chicken fingers were badly over cooked and scorched. Im sure fora lunch fix I'd return, but today wasn't a win. Read more

A good and pretty quick Arby's. Quality seems to be consistent, but the food is almost always lukewarm right when I get it.
