Last 2 burritos from here were missing ingredients they charged me extra for. One was missing guacamole, the other was missing... double meat. I called and was told they were sorry and I would have a 2 free burritos on the app which never happened. Now Ikeep getting emails saying they miss me, sorry but I am not paying $15.45 for a burrito when you charged me $3.55 for extrachicken and another $2.70 for guacamole that never makes it on the burrito. I will never buy another burrito from you guys. Alsothe food no longer tastes very good. Read more

I walked into the resturaunt after going out of my way to drive over to the store. I am standing in line at the counter about 8... people back. I get up to about two people back from placing my order and there was a commotion with the lady in front of me andthe people behind the counter. The lady was upset because she was told she had to place her order online to be served there. Well, I did not blame her the customer one bit for her astonishment and choice of words. That is the most absurd stupidity Ihave ever heard from a business. I pulled up the website on my phone and was going to attempt to order for a family of four andit was the most NON USER FRIENDLY site I have ever tried to use! The employee lady came out from behind the counter to showthe lady customer in front of me how to use the website. I asked the employee do I have to order online to be served in thisestablishment? She said yes. I walked out immediately saying you will not get my money and never will again in the futureeither. Read more

They ALWAYS mess up my online order, my order has three ingredients! (Steak, rice & cheese) This time they had about 4 extra... ingredients!! So annoying! It?s not that hard! So done ordering here! Read more

While the food was better than last time, the wait was longer. Ordered at 5.37 PM for a 6.30 pickup. Not on the shelf. Requested... status at 6.38 - "They're making it." 6.47 - "They're bagging it." Finally got it at 6.55. Ordered almost an hour ahead andreceived 25 minutes late anyway! Read more

This might be the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. First, it's kinda hard to find. You have to park in the back,... and walk through a line of cars at the Starbucks drive-thru. The place is understaffed for how busy it is. Cashier is alwayshelping make the food. I order online for pick-up, pretty much always. My orders are almost never ready at the time I orderedfor. Once my order was stolen from the shelf. Somehow the food is always cold by the time I get to my vehicle with it. Halfthe time my order is made incorrectly. Last time they made my 2 bowls as burritos. Go to the Stoneridge location! I will fromnow on! It's worth the extra 5 minute drive! Read more

I WOULD READ BEFORE ORDERING. There's a reason that this location is a 3 star. First thing that was said was "we are out of... white rice". Not even a "hello" and not a good start. The chicken being cooked on the grill was also black. The burrito was verypoorly wrapped with stuff falling out. The tortillas were hard, the rice was hard, and both tortillas were warmed up togetherinstead of individually... Never seen that. The meat was steak and I only got half a scoop. When asked for more, the girllaughed and then added more. I also got a bowl. I always get lettuce on my bowl, but I asked if they could put the lettuce in aseparate container instead of on my bowl. I was charged for a side of lettuce... If I knew it was considered a side, even thoughit would've been on my bowl anyway, I would've just gotten it on the bowl. I get the same bowl every single time, and this timeit was really spicy and immediately gave me an upset stomach. Nothing in my bowl is spicy. Honestly RIDICULOUS. I would hope fora response by management and a refund, or I will be calling corporate. Read more

Do NOT order online! Only in-person at this location. This is everytime I have ordered online, the quality and portion size is... unacceptable. I got redressed and came back up to the restaurant and was talking to two workers about what happened. A womanwith pink hair rudely interrupted me, told me that the workers I was speaking to ?were minors!? Apparently you can?t talk tojust anyone up there. She never bothered to hear my story in full, because she cut me off. She acted completely disinterestedand not concerned about the situation at all. I?m a nurse and spent all day taking care of sick kids, but instead of justgetting a decent meal I get attitude from her. I?ve had it with this location and the people that work there! Do yourself afavor a pick somewhere else to eat! This literally needs ZERO stars! Read more

This might be the worst chipotle or just a representation of the company in general. Terrible portions ALL the time. This was my... most recent ?full? salad I ordered.
