Last three visits have been a disappointment. One time the slushy machine was broken. The next time they were out of several... signature food items. Today, the credit card machine didn't work. Any one of these I would normally chalk up to "stuffhappens." But when it's happening every visit, it's a pattern that points to mismanagement. Also noted that the prices havebecome higher than most higher end restaurants. $5 for a cup full of premix ice cream is a bit high. $10 for a frozenhamburger is ridiculous. $8 for some fried cheese is unbelievable. We had a great night eating here after a local cheer event. The staff was kind, attentive and very understanding with a bunch of... young kids. The food was good and made correctly. The place was clean and had awesome Halloween decorations! Read more
Had chili dog, fries and drink. Fries were fresh. Chili dog could have been better. Not hot. Chili sauce a bit old & burnt.... Drink machine was out of quite a few options. Disappointing. Read more
We hit this one every so often. The past 4 visits have all been the same- order a medium blizzard, get handed a small. Last... night was a medium Oreo blizzard, tried to hand me a small strawberry or something, I asked if that was a medium. She said no,and it?s not Oreo. They remade it. However, the milkshake was melted almost completely. Not super busy either, not too sure whatthe issue is at this store. I waited in the drive for at least 20min and was only about 6 cars deep. Horrible horrible service. Went to pick up my daughter birthday cake and this was the writing on it like literally a kid could... of written better. Place online order price said 36.59 and was charge when picked up 40.99???? Called to talk to manager and hestated got no control over online prices and was not apologetic. Food was good... service a bit slow. They forgot my drink after paying $9 for combo. That shouldn't happen. I drove back... around to try to get my drink and sat behind 4 cars a good while until I just backed out and left. Drive thru should have thedrink and a bag of food down by now. This location is complete trash. There is one employee in particular who is extremely unfriendly and acts put out that she has... to wait on customers, and the smile/hello/please/thank yous I give her are met with scowls and inexplicable frustration (evenwhen I'm the only customer there, so it isn't that they're busy). They can't figure out the simplest of things (like for somereason they can't fulfill a mobile order through the drive-through because "their system won't process it", which is aridiculous statement since all they do when you come in is hand you your order, why can't they hand it out the window?!), andseem to be overstaffed yet everything is a chaotic and a mess. The food is never fresh and is typically cold (this last visit itwasn't just room temp/not warm, burgers and hot dogs were COLD, like they were pulled directly out of the fridge. It was gross).Ice cream is ok, but overpriced. I have been going to this location because it's the most convenient, but I'm done after thislast visit. Other locations might be a further drive, but they are cleaner, better priced, and service and product are farsuperior. Read more
The food was great but the service and people working there is what makes this DQ the best! My 5 year old lost his first tooth... while we were there eating lunch today and we mentioned it when we went and got our kids ice cream and later the manager came toour table to congratulate our son and gave him $2 for his teeth. Sweetest thing ever and made my sons day and a memory he willkeep forever. I didn?t catch the managers name, but he and his wife are the best! <3 Read more
