Hot dang, this pizza is better than it has any right to be. As a lover of craft made, independent pizza, it almost pains me to... leave a great review for a pizza chain, but credit has to be given where it is due. This is killer pizza. Read more
It was great. They messed up my order, so it ended up being free! 10/10 would recommend.
This Jets has been consistently good. I do wish Jets website would allow me the option to select cash upon pickup, at least for... orders under $20. Or single item orders. This would help the employees, I could quit bugging them with my order. Read more
Best salad I have had in a long time. I?ve ordered salads from several different pizza places recently and have had to throw... them away. Jets pizza by far makes the best salad that has everything diced and fresh lettuce! Read more
This was my Jet's experience. I ordered online, the site had an "oops" on processing the order. The money was removed from my... bank account. I called the local store to confirm order and no order was pending at the location. I was told this happens allthe time and to place an order again, and wait 3-5 days for a refund of the original transaction. So my option to eat is to getcharged twice for one order tonight and HOPE it gets refunded. You took it out of my account you can refund it just as quick orI don't know, just fulfil the order? Reallity is Jet's just stole from me, so I will be disputing the charge tomorrow and neverspending a dime at any location ever again. Read more
Ordered a small extra cheese pizza and received this. I called to advise of my experience and that I didn?t think I received an... extra cheese pizza because there was too much sauce showing and usually extra cheese pizza only show cheese. I was told by themanager Craig that this is how theirs look - never mind that I order from Jet?s often and know what an extra cheese pizza lookslike - but he refused to remake. I paid $14 not including tip for this cold, nasty pizza that I couldn?t enjoy. A complete wasteof money. Never again. Save your money! Read more
The deep dish pizzas are good for takeout, but the prices are not congruent with the quality of the pizza. I wouldn't rate this... pizza any better than the rest of the franchise pizza outlets, or even the higher end frozen varieties. $25 for 8 pieces ofpizza is a bit extreme if you aren't really any better than your competition.
