The quality of this location has been falling rapidly over the past few months. The weekday morning older staff are perfect,... punctual and friendly. However the evening and weekend younger staff are so bad to the point where I do not want to go back. Afew days ago I had stopped by for the pumpkin drink via a mobile order, after sitting for 20 minutes, we decided we had enoughand went through the line to see what was taking so long. They had informed us that the machine was broke. I was so mad thatsomeone did not come out and say something. I did get a refund though. Now, yesterday was a disaster. After ordering androlling up to the 1st window, I had to ask twice for my total while dodging the worker just trying to take the card. I don'tneed any special greeting but I want to make sure I'm not paying for the wrong order. Next we pulled up to the 2nd window. Ishouldn't even tell you what happened, just go look at the camera of the 2nd window starting at 5:50pm 09/27/2022. To sum it up,the young girl handed us our drink, dropped the straw, SAW IT happen, then just shut the window. She then took selfies and threwup the middle finger in them. I don't know what the deal is with this place, but they are the only location around that actually has great fries like... McDonald's used to! This is the only location in the area I have found that has consistently hot and fresh food, correct orders,and pleasant employees. It shouldn't be that remarkable, but in today's market, it is. I ordered on the app for a "quicker" experience and I still had to pull over and wait. I ordered 2 oatmeal. My raisins and... apples were already put in the oatmeal. They used the kids Happy Meal apples. Read more
Weekday shift does an amazing job. The food is always fresh made correctly, the orders are complete, drinks, straws, napkins and... sauces are always included and someone always take the time to actually stack the chicken nuggets and ensure the bags are sealedbefore being dashed! (Talking about taking the initiative!) Evening and weekend shifts are just the contrast. Rarely are theorders correct, the food is substandard (Even for the typical McDonald's) and if you are lucky (By some slim chance) you MIGHTget warm (Not hot) food, but most often it is cold and old. By the way, DON'T expect the evening or weekend shifts to take thekind of pride that is pictured. Read more
Its mc donalds so you should k ow what to expect. The food was mediocre as well as the service and wait time. Nothing special... or remarkable about this location. They actually got my order correct and that was cool. Food wasn't exactly warm whenreceiving. I'd say it was luke warm, but I don't know luke. Read more
I work in the area so I eat here every now and then. Not expecting stellar service from a McDonald's but still. Ordered on the... app and still had to sit in line at the drive thru for 10 minutes (defeating the purpose of ordering ahead) to pick up myfood. I ordered a "classic chicken sandwich" listed on their website to include a crispy chicken filet, pickles and specialsauce. I was on my lunch when I ordered and didn't actually open he sandwich til I arrived at work. When I opened it Idiscovered a McChicken patty (which is totally different from the crispy chicken filet), pickles and special sauce (I also paidextra for cheese). Either the people making the food weren't knowledgeable or just didn't care. Essentially I was overchargedfor a McChicken. If I wanted a McChicken I certainly would have ordered one. The rest of the order was okay but to pay for a"higher end" (oxymoron I know) McDonald's chicken sandwich but get a $1.00 McChicken is slightly disheartening. Edit:01/08/2018 Went for lunch again and ordered the same sandwich hoping for better results, this time at the drive thru, andchecked before leaving. I got a McChicken again. The manager apologized and everything but I just requested a refund. Alsoordered a small iced caramel macchiato (ordered one the day before, same location and it was made right) and got a large Carmeliced coffee. I think I'll leave the difficult drinks to Starbucks. I just went threw the drive through. bad experience. they took long. because they were eating and talking and listening to music... while being high. I had to ask 5 times to get my food. But they couldn?t hear because of the music. Read more
