My girlfriend and I ordered online today. We paid $12 for the teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl pictured on their website (3rd... picture), and received what feels like a toddlers portion of food. I went back in to ask if this was how small it is supposed tobe and was told that everything is pre-portioned and they ran out of normal bowls so the salad bowl they put it in makes it looksmaller than it should. This is just not the item pictured on the website, and their is no size/side options for this menu item.Extremely disappointing and will not be back here anytime soon. Read more
We love the medeterranian sandwich and today's was the worst. Tomatoes were soggy, asked for honey mustard and was given ranch.... Crust was too tough to bite through. We'll never go to New Albany Panera again. Read more
They literally steal your money at this location. I live near by and use this location a few times per week and i use panera... mobile app. I always order 20 oz drinks, but rarely get it. Usually they give 16 oz drinks. When i have time i point this outand often they replace the drink. Today i was told that the only size they serve is 16 oz. And they didn?t bother to give memoney back for ordered 20 oz drink. Absolute disgrace, i am tired of it. Letter goes to AG of Ohio. Read more
I ordered a pick 2 (tuna and broccoli and cheddar) and got a little tuna with a whole lotta bread. The bread was so hard I could... barely chew it. We asked for a box for the bread bowl, and was told no We had to put it in a bag. Poor service and the sandwichhardly had any meat. It was all lettuce. Not what I expect from this location. Read more
This place is average at best. Service has been lacking, as it has at most places during/since Covid. The food majorly lacks... flavor since they've done an overhaul on ingredients. The chicken for the sandwiches looks and tastes like canned meat. Weordered a large mac and cheese and it wasn't even a full container. Panera used to have really tasty food but changes have beenmade and it's been continuously disappointing and just average, while also not being the cheapest. This place is fine if you'rejust looking for an easy meal but no longer a family favorite. Also, I should add that online ordering has been a pain andcalling in a simple order can take a solid 5 minutes. Would not return unless we really needed to. Read more
Went through the drive-thru, attempted to order the ?Family Feast?. Was told it can only be ordered inside. Parked and placed my... order. It took over 30 mins to complete. They gave me a wrong sandwich. Made the correct one, with a single strip of turkey andit was a mayonnaise mess. I requested it be remade; and they simply shoved more ingredients on the already soggy bread. Thegrilled cheeses weren?t toasted at all. The group soup had enough solids in it for a single serving- the rest was broth. Whilewaiting I witnessed other orders completed incorrectly and rolled eyes by the employees. The manager didn?t seem to care. Don?tbother with this location. Edited to add this was not during breakfast or lunch rushes. Went in for dinner. Wanting tomato soup and Mac n cheese. They were out of tomato soup, so I tried their cream of chicken and... wild rice. I probably will not order it again. I think Panera has given up. The employees did not smile and looked miserable Read more
