We stopped in Wednesday evening and pleasantly greeted, our order taken. Staff was friendly, place was clean. I am very picky... and had a bad experience at a TB in Sunbury. *Disclaimer* This review is based on multiple trips to this restaurant over time, as I have been trying to give them the benefit... of the doubt with all of the staffing issues due to COVID-19.With that being said, PLEASE take your money to another Taco BellDrive-thru Location. This location time after time, after time, after time has not only failed to get so many of my ordersincorrect, but has failed to give me food items at all. One time we order a plain cheese quesadilla and some nachos, (not ahard order at all) we got home opened the bag realized 1. There was no nacho cheese, and 2. Our "quesadilla" was a grilledtortilla with nothing inside of it. On another trip, we ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito that turned out to be nothing butrefried beans. One time we ordered multiple items and the employees just straight up forgot to put the rest of the order in thebag altogether. It's just extremely frustrating. I live in New Albany, I want to support the people that work in the restaurant,that's why I kept coming back, but I can't anymore, From waiting 15-20 min in the drive thru line after being the only car, onlyto have my order not be correct AGAIN is a slap to the face. I'll drive the extra few miles to Sunbury Road, or Stoneridge, justto hope that those restaurants can accurate fill the order. No one was rude, so I'll give New Albany kudos on that, but theconstant inaccurate orders will have me going somewhere else sadly :( Read more
We went to the Taco Bell New Albany location today for lunch. In the past, they have always left something out. Today, was no... exception. They didn't include the only chicken soft taco I ordered. The hard shell tacos were all broken and half of theSupreme stuff was at the bottom of my bag including the nacho fries that were thrown in upside down. I appreciate trying to getpeople through the drive thru quickly, which wasn't the case today anyways. But, I'd rather have my whole order that I paid forand intact and sit a little longer in line. Honestly just going to this Taco Bell for the staff interaction is worth the trip. Nick has helped us the last couple times we... have visited and his customer service skills are superb. We look forward our late night Taco Bell trips because of him! Read more
