Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. Friend ordered a muffin, sandwich, and a drink. New employees took our order proceeded to... make our sandwiches and one drink. Place them at the takeout counter, said "here you go" and they both left the storepotentially having to clock out or something. Two ladies that were around that I assume we're "training" the new hires thenproceeded to do routine things while our orders are still unfinished. We stood and made eye contact with them multiple times,not once did they ask us if we were still waiting on anything or needed help. Our friend spoke up and kindly said "hello, I amstill waiting on a muffin and my drink" the older women ask her what the order was. She begins to make the drink and as myfriend is thanking her she interrupts her with "hello may I take your order" fake smiles and points to the headset. The youngerlady then finally asks us what we need and I said "we are still waiting on our drink the, other two gave us food and just left"and she replied with "yeah well, they are new hires" instead of just apologizing she shifted the blame on them. When she was theone who told them to leave the store. Not impressed with the service, I didn't ask for a refund because I was hungry and i alsohave worked retail so I understand. But c'mon, if you see people in an empty shop staring at you the least you can do is ask ifwe need any help. Read more

Complained about a Sprit tasting odd...can be syrup ratio, while they offered another it was also off... instead of simply... getting a mgr. the employee says " your taste must be weird cause everyone in here says it tastes fine, but with covid andeverything who knows"...mgr did come refund drink and I asked for number to franchise operator. She asked what happened Iexplained that it was unnecessary for the employee to make a comment , to which the employee comes to the window and states if Ihave a problem with her I should say it to her face, cause she's 52 years old and has a psychology masters, I should be womanenough to come inside etc...I'm 65 and had 2 grandchildren in car under 5!! The price for a mini, because I don?t know where that is a small for any other place on this earth, is beyond stupid. Literally... was almost $5 for a little tiny baby cup. The drive thru is hit or miss on being fast. I?ve sat and waited at the window whilelistening to one employee on a personal call. Guess when it?s more money to sit at home (thank you government for ruiningbusinesses) and you don?t have people that actually want to work for their money that?s what happens. SMH Read more
