I come here almost every morning for my coffee & bagel and they have been great every time.
The girl taking orders in the drive thru was very rude. Placed my order for some donuts and coffee. Got to the window and she... said they were out of most donuts. Had the worst Tim Hortons experience of my entire life at this location today. Female employee taking orders at the drive thru... was extremely rude even while simply taking my order, despite me being polite. When they forgot to give me a straw I waited atthe window to ask for one, and I heard her irritatedly say to someone, "What is she waiting for..." Finally they asked me what Ineeded and I politely asked for a straw. She just said, "Oh" and aggressively handed it to me. My drink wasn't prepared as Iasked for and I drove away feeling genuinely stressed out, trying to understand how someone can be that rude to a completestranger. Read more
They are very nice, which goes a long way with me, but I have to dock them because of the frequency of completely botched... orders. Which, may not have been so bad if it were not for their refusal to correct them. Plus running out of very commonthings on the menu regularly. Being very unapologetic about it makes it worse. After leaving items out of my order on severaloccasions, I finally decided to ask for a glazed doughnut they forgot the day before. Much to my surprise they refused.Apparently they're worried their regulars are trying to rip them off a glazed doughnut every 8-9 orders. Read more
This is hands-down the absolute worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to I have never seen such rude, lazy people in my life ! I... said thank you and she just rolled her eyes at me. Wow. Every time I go there they mess up my order. Drive through employees never nice. I said thank you today and she said yeah. I... got home and my extra large coffee was a large. This is an exceptional Tim Hortons. The staff is courteous and efficient. I just went to another Tim Hortons and asked for a... large order which they could not fulfill and had a serious attitude about as well. I pulled up to this Tim Hortons and theydidn?t even question it. I received my order immediately with no qualms whatsoever. It explains why the parking lot in this TimHortons is full, and the other?s is empty even 15 minutes later as I drove by (at peak hours). Read more
I recently moved from NC we don?t have Tim Hortons there. I went so many tim hortons here in Columbus and so far the best place... is this one at New Albany. I love the people work here they?re so kind and they work fast with no mistakes to your order. Thankyou guys. Read more
