We?ve visited twice driving through. Fast service and great people. The food is great portions for the price and is so good.... They only have 3 bbq sauces but all are good! You walk up and order and they bring out your food. Off the highway about fiveminutes but very worth the stop! We plan to visit again! Drinks are strange I guess because they are made differently. Had the pulled pork. It was very good.. The hand made seasoned potato chips are good also. The baked beans are not my favorite. ... They are very sweet with apple cinnamon flavor? Desert beans, no thanks. This is a great casual place to eat.. fix the beans. Read more
I prefer Beast Craft BBQ over in Belleville, but I love the space Fine Swine has. Beautiful, open facility with plenty of... seating, walking room, parking space outside. As far as the food, so far, in my two visits it's been good, but nothing to WOW methe way Beast did. So I guess Fine Swine wows with the space and Beast with the food. Side portions at Fine Swine have been morethan I can eat for both visits, so that's a plus. By no means has my experience been bad. Very enjoyable, just more impressed bythe building than by the food at the end of the day, but price and food are still worth the visit, and I'm sure I'll visitagain. Read more
We travel A LOT for BBQ and had been wanting to travel to New Baden for A Fine Swine. We finally made it there this weekend and... we really impressed with the options of sides. The pulled pork was super moist. Their potati salad is top notch. they reallyset the bar high with that recipe...the best out of all the bbq joints weve been to. I thought the mac n cheese was a littledry, but ive noticed thats a trend among several places weve been, however the flavor was great. The brisket had good flavor buttasted more like roast beef than smoked brisket. Of all the meats, the ribs were the best. Read more
Had a delicious, impromptu dinner here on the way to St Louis. We got brisket and pulled pork and they were both delectable.... Their house bbq sauce is magical, but our favorite aspect of this place was the live cam to the butcher block where they slicethe ribs and the brisket. Added a whole new level to an already excellent meal. Read more
Can't say enough amazing things about this bbq joint! The customer service is exemplary, Juicy, tender meats that you can cut... with a fork, and the sides are perfect additions! You cant go wrong with anyting on the menu and the lemonade is awesome!Absolute best bbq around! Read more
Stopped here on our road trip cross country and not only did they have delicious BBQ, but the people were so friendly and Made... us feel at home. Food was ready quickly (faster than most fast food places!). Great place to stop for a delicious meal! Read more
