This place sucks....only person in drive thru. Waited 8 minutes to even be acknowledged. Kept looking thru the drive thru... window.. 3 employees talking together with 1 picking her nose. Extremely rude. And gave dirty looks when I finally wasacknowledged. PLACE SUCKS!!!!! Read more
Didn?t get my correct food. The manager repeatedly made sarcastic comments. When we asked for our money back and said we were... going to get food somewhere else she told us it was a good idea and we shouldn?t return. Horrible customer service Read more
Never open when I come thro and they?re suppose to be. Just going to go to a different truck stop from now on when I?m the area.... Should be able to get a burger at 8-9 pm at a major brand truck stop. But nope. Then if they?re closed all loves has is a littletiny taco burrito thing with hardly anything in it. This is fun. Worst Hardee's experience to date. Charged for food I didn't get, even after talking to employee with receipt in hand. No refund... or compensation either. Witnessed two employees yelling aggressively at customer for not picking up his order fast enough. Saveyourself the headache and find a different location. Read more
We had the worst hamburgers ever! Cold, dry, no flavor. Suppose to be a bacon big burger. Ordered a large curly fry...got 4... curries! Whats a small...1 curl. Never again...to all Hardees@ shame on you! Read more
I don?t even know why this has such a low rating! We are stopping here heading to UTAH! The food was fresh and very good! Not... only that but the employee clearly saw I was stressed (traveling cross country with kids and a cat) she came and gave them toysand ice cream! That was a huge help! The employees were very nice, the chicken fingers for the dog were fresh and tasted good. But the reason for the score of 2... stars is because not ONLY this Hardee's but EVERY single Hardee's in a truck stop CAN NOT follow simple easy instructions. They don't bother opening the drive thru. There are two pieces of paper on the order screen. One says "Cash Only" and the... other says the "Drive Thru Closed". It's been like that for a long time. This place needs new management or needs to be takenover by an Arby's. Read more
