They had 4 employees in the back room they had only wheat and white bread it took about 3 minutes for one employee came out all... and all place is usually a nice place to grab a fresh sandwich .. The 3 stars was for today only Read more
Website says they close at 9 sign on the door says 9 I come through the door at 8:40 and am promptly told "umm actually we're... closed" IF you were closed the door should not have been open. Read more
The food is great, it's actually fresh. The service is quick and amazing. And the staff are very friendly.
Ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch and told them I didn't want it toasted (meaning the bread). They didn't heat anything. They... slapped the chicken and the bacon on the bread without heating it up. I tried to clarify what I meant by not toasted but theonly two young workers that were working were more interested in talking to each other than listening to me. The chicken isrubbery, cold and chewy and I wasn't even going to try to eat the bacon because it looked raw. Either these two weren't trainedcorrectly or didn't pay attention at all when they were being trained or both. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE AN ALTERNATIVEPLACE TO EAT. Read more

Went to pick up my online order, not even started. The ?Manager? said she called me, no missed calls. Out of white bread. At... first I was told 20 min, then the manager said it would be an hour an a half. Not a lot of bread left either. Out ofveggies?..hand carrying veggies from an unknown source (my view) to my sandwich. FYI that?s a huge no-no in the food industry. ?Manager? not helping. This place used to be so great.
