I always get carside to go, often the order is wrong, unfortunately I like their hamburger. Today, I had to call them saying I... have been waiting outside a long time. I sat down to eat a meal with my family at the busiest hour for dinner. The joint was packed and the servers were scrambling... trying to do what they do best. After listening and talking to some other guests it was evident that the there were problemshappening that shift. I stopped our waitress on her way to take care of many other tables and asked her what was the delay ofour food and what else had been happening. Rebecca B was simply wonderful. Her explanation and demeanor was honest and explainedthe situation and how they were gonna remedy the situations. She then brought over Darren her immediate manager. He went out ofhis way to make sure we got our food and thoroughly explained what happened. There honesty, commitment to quality, charisma,control over high intensity situation is something sought after. Because of these two wonderful people I would be delighted togo back but only whilst they are on site! Our party arrived at 2, and we were not greeted or acknowledged until 2:15 - 2:20 after someone from our table had to get up and... ask someone to come over to us. Our server Gabriel was inattentive and rarely checked on us. I had to go to the bar for refillson our drinks as Gabriel never asked if we would like more even though everyone at the table was low. I did ask once for mychild?s lemonade but he never came back with it. Our wonton tacos barely had anything in them for 10.99 and we sat with dirtyplates in front of us for the remainder of our stay. Entree nice and hot! Food was yummy! Our waitress, Hope, did a really good job! Ordered bourbon chicken and shrimp and... parmesan shrimp and steak. Asked for two different dressings and got two ranches. Asked for extra lettuce and tomatoes and didn't get it. Ordered the... brownie bites, yes it was listed as bites as in multiple, and got one tiny piece of brownie. 4 cheese macaroni was more of asauce and not 4 cheeses. Read more
This is by far my favorite location! The food is good, and the staff are amazing! Sarah was my waitress and she took such good... care of me and my wife. she was friendly, she smiled and most importantly she made sure we had good food and a great experience.Now when I come to this location I always ask for Sarah.
