Normally top notch. I've been her many times before. This time the food was 5 stars like normal. The server, not so much. I... understand that everyone is having a tough time both hiring and keeping good help, but when your attitude is that you don't wantto be there, your in the wrong biz. We picked up a carry out order for 25 people for our wedding party we were having. The 1/2 bone chicken was good and the pulled... pork was amazing along with the pig candy and the sides as well. Everyone was very satisfied with dinner and we will definitelybe going back for more!! Read more
We have ordered Bad Brads in the past and it?s been hit or miss. Unfortunately our last carry out order was absolutely... disgusting! The chicken was way over smoked and tasted like chewing on a campfire log. The brisket on the other hand had noflavor at all. Even though it looked boiled meat I tried it anyway, one bite and I completely lost my appetite! The worst partwas the meat was almost all fat. The sausage was so greasy that I couldn?t eat it either. The manager offered to have a new mealmade but I declined due to time constraints. I had asked for a refund just for the one meal, we ordered 5 meals in total, andall the manager could do was a 15 dollar credit to be used the next time we ate at BB. The problem here is we will not beordering from BB again. I understand food prices are skyrocketing and restaurant owners can?t control prices. The food had good flavor and was filling. The atmosphere is charming and enjoyable. The seats sucked. We had a group of 6. The... restaurant does not really accommodate larger groups. So we squeezed in to a booth. As soon as you sit the "cushions" give way.I am a taller person and the table ended up being in my chest. We managed. The group liked trying the different sauces on thetable. Liked a few. Had fun with the 3 2 1 sauce. Overall the group had a good time. The bill was a bit on the pricey side. Thefood made most people forget the price. I would recommend the place just with no more than 4 people. Read more
Visiting this side of the state for work and stumbled across this place. Holy cow, this is the best bbq I have ever had! Tried... the burnt pork belly, brisket, pulled pork, turkey, baked beans, corn bread, and mac and cheese. Not a single thing wasdisappointing. Jacob the server and Madeline the manager were AMAZING! Well beyond impeccable customer service. If you have nottried this place don?t miss out! PS if you could consider opening a location in southwest MI that would be GREAT!!! Read more
Good place to go. Have been going to this location for years. The restaurant itself has changed many times before Bad Brads.... Once they took over it has been a go to place for lunch at work, especially when teams are brought out to help. We alwaysrecommend Bad Brads. I generally get the BBQ chicken nachos but also split between that and the 1 meat platter. Brisket, choppedor sliced, mashed sweet potatoes and a side salad. Went to the New Baltimore location to get food to host a party. Booking a catering order with Shela was effortless. The sliced... brisket, pulled pork and St. Louis style ribs are fantastic. Love the pig candy, beans, corn bread and mac & cheese. Order wasready on time, wrapped, checked by staff and placed in carrying boxes. I highly recommend Bad Brad's to family and friends!! Read more
