I don?t know how it?s even possible to wait 40 minutes in a drive threw for coffee with less then 10 people ahead of you when... you get into line? Drive threw staff is absolutely terrible, I can drive to Starbucks 3-4 miles farther wait with 20 people inline go back and and forth TWICE and still be waiting at biggby. Read more

The New Baltimore Michigan location Has got to beThe worst location the last three visits were absolutely terrible. Drive thru... staff got my order wrong so i decided to order inside. what mistake that was i placed my order sat and waited while at least 6other people ordered and got served while i sat there waiting for my coffee. after 20 minutes of waiting i got upset andinformed the staff of what was going on they had the nerve to give me an attitude. Finally 25 minutes after ordering i get mycoffee btw i ordered a super and they made me a grande as i was leaving the staff was laughing and cracking jokes about thewhole incident. So payed almost 8 dollars for a frozen grande. Well as you can guess i will never be back to buy their overpriced coffe and deal with the most disrespectful staff ive ever encountered. I encourage everyone to keep driving and get yourcoffee fix somewhere else. Read more
