My wife and I love Buffalo wild wings but the service is usually hit or miss. This was our first time going to the chesterfield... location and the service was a HUGE hit. Our server was Chelsea D. And she was nothing short of amazing. She was extremelyfriendly and very quick with our order. She always checked up on us and she made us feel like she was genuinely happy that shecould wait on us. We will definitely be coming to this location more often and she is a big reason why. Read more

I visited your store tonight at 7 PM there wasn’t very many people in the restaurant my food took an hour and 15 minutes to... arrive at our table. I ordered 10 wings my daughter ordered a salad and my sister ordered some taco thing. my wings were cold,over cooked and dry they were missing barbecue sauce all over them. my daughter’s salad came with guacamole it was only atablespoon and it was brown in color and you could tell that it was the remainder left in the bowl that they scraped out becausethey didn’t want to open a new container. my sisters fries were cold and rubbery we ate none of the food told the waitressabout our problem she was very nice and she brought over a manager. the manager was very rude and was only willing to take halfof the bill off. we ate no food! It was nasty. so it ended up being this huge ordeal where the police were called as I was notgoing to pay that bill. I did pay for the ice tea I drank. the man was very rude and a report was filed and I will never againStep foot in a buffalo wild wings again the customer service is atrocious and the fact that I was expected to pay for a mealthat I didn’t even take one bite of is completely unacceptable also there wasn’t very many people in the restaurant at all.they were not busy so there’s no excuse for our food to take an hour and 15 minutes to arrive and arrive cold. we didn’thave time to wait around for food to be remade and quite frankly if they can’t make it right the first time they’re notgonna make it right the second time. We had a $50 gift certificate and the bill ended up being $46 before the half off, soit’s not like we were trying to get out of paying the bill I just didn’t see it right to have to pay for something that Ididn’t find edible. the manager was very rude, nasty and intimidating. and it didn’t need to be accelerated as far as it didpolice were called and everything. I have been visiting Bdubs for over 15 years. I mostly don't have a problem with the waitstaff but the quality and quantity of... the food just continues to decline over the years. They're switched from counting wings to measuring by weight then back tocounting wings. The problem is that corporate keeps cutting corners in distribution and the chickens if i were to guess getslaughtered for production when they're still young and small. I don't have a photo of the traditional wings I usually get butthere have been many that are so small they're almost all bone. Tonight I got a 15 piece, and as usual I get some laughablepieces that are smaller than my thumb, almost all breading. I love the sauces but will someone please ask them to fix theirquality issues?
