Alright so let me preface this by saying that John who was working the window on 9/8 at around 10pm was professional, kind, and... way more effective at his job than any other drive through in like a 5 mile radius. He asked all the questions that I forgot toask and answered the ones I did have very effectively. I'd be willing to pay a markup on my food just to get service like thatat literally any place I go to. (If he asks for a raise, give it to him. For the love of God PLEASE keep the ones that are leastact like they care. Things are ridiculous right now) As for the food, its almost always amazing from this location. I don'tthink I've ever been missing an item, toppings or straws/napkins and I've been coming here for a while. Fresh Jalapeno CheddarBites are 100% worth waiting for btw. ???? Read more
In the past several months, the Burger King in New Baltimore on Green Street has been terrible. The food is always cold, to the... point where the cheese doesn't melt. I had the Whopper, Jr. And once again, it seems as if it was left out for a long period oftime without the heat lamp. Isn't meat supposed to stay at a certain temperature???? I have gotten food from there at breakfast,lunch and dinner. Breakfast is the only time in months that the food was hot.....and I eat in their parking lot!!!!! Read more
The slowest bk, I've ever been to. I understand staffing is short, but waiting 45+ minutes is crazy. Wait times were an issue... even pre covid. Rarely see employees wearing masks. Edit 11/20/21: Used the drive thru to order a kids 4 piece chicken nuggetmeal. They gave her 2 ghost pepper nuggets and two gross cheesy tots. Regular cheesy tots aren't even on the menu currently.???????? So not ok. They lost our business for good. Read more
I placed an order online, when I got to the window to pick it up the rude girl working the window started to hand me the... wrong drink. When I politely asked her for a sweet tea she huffed. Then she handed me my food and slammed the window closedbefore I could ask for a receipt. I then called the store no less than 8 times with no answer. My order number was 68. Iunderstand if you're short staffed or just having a bad day, but your customers shouldn't have to suffer because of it. Read more
Just ate a COLD whopper with cheese meal. The fries were awesome and filled true to size but my Whopper was cold and very poorly... made. Disappointed, not cool. Read more
