I will never again order from this locatIon. This is the second time in 2 weeks that it takes over an hr to get my order. I... called the store this time and let them know and the kid on the other end doesn?t know what to say. They are understaffed wdrivers and I understand that, but they should make people aware of that before taking an order. Freaky fast is supposed to betheir motto. Smh Read more

I ordered a full size gargantuan, double meat, and double cheese. They could not fold this monster. The weight of it was 15... pounds, for reference that is an overly large cat It was catastrophic on my wallet. It was cataclysmic in it's presentation.This unit of a sandwich took five hours to eat and my god after the week I've had it was the most compelling experience thatcould take place in this piece of the universe and I thank the crew for this wonder in sandwich expertise. Placed A catering order on Monday and then called to see if they could put the veggies on the side like they have done in the... past so the sandwichs dont get soggy during our camping trip. Guy on the phone said that they don't do that and whoever did itbefore shouldn't have done it and it's a corporate thing and that they can let a manager know and could call me back about itand then hung up without even asking my name or number. Called back today because shocker never got a call and the person on thephone was nicer but said the same thing pretty much that his boss was who I most likely talked to on Monday and he knows hewon't allow it. Called 21 and gratiot location and they said it was absolutely no problem to do that and that they do it all thetime. Canceled my order at this location and reordered it at gratiot will be definitely going to that location from now on. Read more

I was given the wrong sandwich, which isn?t a big deal. Mistakes happen. I called to let them know that I received the wrong... sandwich, was asked for an order number but a receipt wasn?t given to me. Guy worked in the background ?he probably ordered itwrong? I ordered a 14 with pickles and sauce. I was given a turkey unwich with onions and cucumbers. Then said they?d take myname down to get a replacement because I couldn?t make it back at this time.. didn?t ask for a name and just hung up. Greatcustomer service! Read more

I have a love hate thing with this location. When they are good they are good, when bad they are bad. The employee was upset... because she had to remake a sandwich, I asked for the wheat bread not the wheat sub bun which I did not know they had.
