asked for a popcorn chicken bowl without corn, and it had plenty of corn when i received it. there was no attempt to read my... order back/a screen to confirm so im not even sure if they marked it to be no corn. when i got to the window i was handed myfood and told to have a nice day, then when i reminded the girl at the window i had a drink, she rudely said "yeah im gettingthat for you". pop barely had any syrup in it too. wasnt even able to eat half of my meal because of the corn. My son stopped in and placed an 8-piece bucket order. Not only did it take forever in the drive-thru, but they neglected to give... him half of his order and he was already home when he discovered this. We attempted to call the store to let them know and itkept going to his freaking fax machine!!! Worse KFC EVER!!! Always an issue and the manager refused to give the name and phone # of the business owner. We took our bucket... back because the chicken was so salty! Instantly the manager had a bad attitude, and she told my husband to FOff and said whatyou can?t you read when he asked for the owners phone #!!!! This is the KFC in New Baltimore, MI! Ordered SPICY mac n cheese bowl. Received not even half a portion with regular chicken. Famous bowl was 90% corn and no chicken.... Biscuits were delicious. If you out of something, say something. I would have got something else or canceled like this wasbeyond disappointing. Read more
As my extensive list of followers know- we don't eat KFC in the UK, due to its poor quality. Here in Michigan - top top quality.
Good is good, I mean... It's KFC. But similar to most KFC stores, it pretty outdated. Friendly crew, no issues there. Food... seemed mostly fresh, meaning less than maybe 6-10 minutes or so in the warmers. We dined in and had a nice quiet lunch. Read more
The food we received was awesome. The people were really nice but... Our order wasn't complete. Thier phone rings and then makes... a high pitched tone after awhile. We will probably go back just have to check the bag before we leave. We were missing mashpotatoes and coleslaw. We had to pull up and wait 10 mins for fries. If they figure out a way to make it up to us I'll change myreview, but they don't answer the phone. Read more
Not sure why I still come to this location. The last 3 times they messed up my order and it's always on the same thing. We order... a large coleslaw and 1st I got a medium, last time I got nothing and this time nothing. Of course you will keep raising yourprices while taking peoples hard earned money. I'd have come back up but the female at the window with the overly annoyingvoice didn't give or offer a receipt for my $36 order. I will drive farther to KFC on Gratiot~ they like to get it right.
