The reason for such a low rating. While waitingfor food pickup at the counter. What seemed to be the Manager, came into the... store with some bags.put them down, and went behind the cooking area and pulled out noodles from fridge and started weighing theitems for future sales. He was a white male, the other employees would go to him for input. So I'm guessing he was mgr. He madeno attempt to wash his hands..the employee handwash station was visible and right next to him. I like Noodle Company, alot....probably too much. Pene Rosa or Ceamy Garlic Tortellini with Parmasian Chicken are delicious. The... Chesterfield store is the only one I've been to. It's not cheap but the food is good. The employees have always been nice. Iwill say, order ahead if you have a limited amount of time. They seem to get alot of carryout orders, so you have to wait alittle bit but it's not too bad. Read more
The manager here is a employee of the highest quality. Forgot his name unfortunately. He was interested in making sure my meal... was satisfactory. I've been to several noodles n company this one was the best. To top it all off, I dropped $400 cash near thefountain drinks. 2 hours later I called and the manager had found it and held on to it for me. This was my first visit and the Japanese pan seared steak bowl was delicious. The crunchiness of the julienne carrots and... broccoli florets with the density of the noodles was a party in my mouth with each bite. The sauce is sweet but tangy and alittle ginger a hint of sesame oil sprinkled with sesame seeds atop was just fitting. I added an extra butter sauce and I tellyou what....... I love this place. The employees are so personable and helpful. I absolutely love the Roasted Garlic Cream Tortilini with added... Parmesean crusted Chicken. I actually crave this dish. And No I am pregnant I am past the childbearing age. But it is justthat good. My husband got spaghetti and meatball and tamato basil bisque soup. And he says it was very good. I. The staff here is AMAZINGLY helpful, happy, and professional. They are eager to make your experience a good one. They have... patience with new customers who may not know the menu also.
